French River Rapids Hockey Club
The French River Rapids Hockey Club is excited to announce their upcoming 2017 Spring / Rookie Camp.
Location: Scotia Bank Pond in Toronto, Ontario from May 27th to 28th, 2017.
Eligibility: Players born in 1997-2001.
Registration Form must be filled out, signed, scanned and emailed (in advance) to Paul Frustaglio:

The Medical Form and Waiver Form must be filled and signed by all players.
**All necessary forms are downloadable at right hand sidebar of the page.
Midget aged players 2001, 2000 and 1999 need to have a permission to skate form signed by the minor hockey association they played for in the 2016-17 hockey season.
Any American player will have to have the USA Hockey forms signed as well.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Players will not be allowed to participate unless prerequisite forms are completed and sent in advance by email. Original forms must be signed and presented at registration.
Spring / Rookie Camp Information
- Cost: $155.00
- Camp includes 2 days of on ice instruction and controlled scrimmages.
