It’s been nearly two weeks since the tragic bus accident occurred in Saskatchewan that took the lives of 16 people and injured 13 others and people from around the world are still coming forward to pay tribute and honour those who lost their lives and help the families affected by it.
On Tuesday afternoon, Edmonton Oilers captain Connor McDavid, Buffalo Sabres’ Ryan O’Reilly and junior hockey executive Sherry Bassin made the trip to Humboldt, Saskatchewan, to visit the Elgar Peterson Arena and talk to local students to help them cope with everything that’s happened in their lives in such a short period of time.
