SUDBURY – The Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League announced Friday the make-up date for the January 7 contest between the Soo Thunderbirds and French River Rapids that was postponed due to inclement weather and poor highway travel conditions.
This match-up will now be held on Sunday, February 25 at 6 p.m. at Noelville Arena as the Rapids entertain the Thunderbirds.
It was announced earlier by the NOJHL that the other league game that was called off back on Jan. 7, due to weather, between the Hearst Lumberjacks and Timmins Rock will now be held on Tuesday, February 6 at 7 p.m. at McIntyre Arena in Timmins.
