French River Rapids Junior A Hockey Club
The French River Rapids Hockey Club is excited to announce their upcoming 2019 Rookie Camp.

Vaughan Sports Village
Toronto, Ontario
June 14th to 16th, 2019
Eligibility: Players born in 1999-2003.
Midget aged players 2003, 2002 and 2001 need to have a permission to skate form signed by the minor hockey association they played for in the 2018-19 hockey season.
Please fill out the necessary forms: Registration Form, the Medical Form and Waiver Form.
** All necessary forms are downloadable at the right-hand side of the page.
All forms must be filled out, signed and sent back to Paul Frustaglio: paul.rapidshockey@gmail.com
Due to limited space, payments are due in advance by email transfer to paul.rapidshockey@gmail.com
Any American player will have to have the USA Hockey forms signed as well.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Players will not be allowed to participate unless prerequisite forms are completed and sent in advance by email. Original forms must be signed and presented at registration.
Spring / Rookie Camp Information
- Cost: $249.00* (in advance - includes HST)
* preferred payment is e-Transfer to paul.rapidshockey@gmail.com or PayPal- - Camp includes on ice instruction and controlled scrimmages.

Ice Time: 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Saturday, June 15, 2019 - All Players and Goalies
8:30 am Registration - Vaughan Sports Village, Maple ON
Ice Times:
10:00 am - 1:00 pm
3:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Sunday, June 16, 2019 - South Pad
Ice Times:
10:15 am – 12:15 pm
2:15 pm - 4:15 pm
Exit interviews - 4:45 pm
