French River Rapids Hockey Club
The French River Rapids Hockey Club is excited to announce their upcoming 2017- 2018 Main Camp.
Locations:
- Countryside Sports Complex in Sudbury, Ontario from August 25st to 26th, 2017.
- Noelville Arena in Noelville, Ontario from August 26th to 28th, 2017.
Exhibition Schedule starts August 29th to Sept 1st vs Espanola and Powassan
Eligibility: Players born in 1997-2001.
Cost: $95.00 (includes min. of 3 days of on ice instruction and controlled scrimmages)
Main Camp has a limited number of spaces, so please follow these instructions:
- Registration Form must be filled out, signed and sent back to Paul Frustaglio: rapidshockey@gmail.com
- All PTS documents must be provided before participating on the ice
- All Fees must be paid in advance to secure your spot.
Midget aged players 2001, 2000 and 1999 need to have a permission to skate form signed by the minor hockey association they played for in the 2016-17 hockey season.
Any American player will have to have the USA Hockey forms signed as well.
The Medical Form and Waiver Form must be filled and signed by all players.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Players will not be allowed to participate unless prerequisite forms are completed and sent in advance by email. Original forms must be signed and presented at registration.
Main Camp Information
- Cost: $95.00
